TURISMO DKLASSEN is a tourism agency that provides services in accordance with the Tourism Law (Law 11,771/2008) and complies with regulatory agencies such as the Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), Land Transportation Authority (ANTT), and Water Transportation Authority (ANTAQ). The data we process for tourism purposes in general are: name, ID card, taxpayer identification number, phone number, driver's license, passport, foreigner's identification number, date of birth, and address. Your personal data may be used during the processes of: sale; price; reserve; marking; location; reimbursement. Always meeting the regulatory basis and/or contractual basis.

Sharing takes place for the delivery of services contracted and sought by our customers. Thus, we share the data with national and foreign tourism companies, such as tour operators, road, airline, maritime, hotels, car rental companies and insurance companies. Eventually, we will treat data of children (under 12 years old) and adolescents (under 18 (eighteen years old) aiming at the feasibility of services related to the minor's travel and the fulfillment of legal obligations. The treatment of elderly data is done in a simple, clear, accessible and adequate way for their understanding, collecting the minimally necessary data for the intended purpose.

Retention period
As for the period of retention of personal data, for the purpose of processing, they will only be kept for the time they are essential for the achievement of their purpose, except in cases where the preservation of personal data is necessary to comply with legal obligations and /or regulatory, or for contract performance, which can vary from days to years. These are kept electronically filed by TURISMO DKLASSEN. There is physical storage and archiving of data, in a few situations on the premises of the agency, with access control and security.

Selective process
As for the data collected in the selection process, we treat: name, RG, CNH, CPF, address, RNE, professional and academic history, telephone, e-mail, marital status, nationality, place of birth and professional skills, occupational health certificate and photo. As for emails received with resumes, they are available to Human Resources for a period of 12 months and are automatically deleted at the end of this period.

Cookies
We use necessary and mandatory cookies on our website, which only collect data temporarily to enable navigation by the user. Data collected are: user device, operating system, IP address, browser information, language preferences. As soon as the user closes the browser, the information is automatically deleted, without data retention by TURISMO DKLASSEN.

2. Rights of the holder of personal data

The customer or the holder of the personal data has rights and guarantees in relation to their personal data, being able to contact the “in charge†of the processing of the personal data mentioned in this privacy policy to:
a) Confirm processing of personal data and access any data eventually collected by TURISMO DKLASSEN;
b) Request correction of personal data that are incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
c ) Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of personal data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the provisions of the LGPD; another service or product provider, observing the commercial secrets and confidentiality usually contracted with the customer, when applicable;
e) Request the deletion of personal data processed based on your consent, except in cases the need to preserve and maintain the archiving of personal data provided for in the LGPD, explained in items 1 of this “Policyâ€;
f) Request information about who TURISMO DKLASSEN shared your personal data with;
g) Request information about the possibility of not providing your consent and the consequences;
h) Revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data , when processing is carried out based on your consent, noting that, in the event of the start of marketing of TURISMO DKLASSEN products, it will need to keep the data archived, under the terms of item 1 of this “Policyâ€;
i ) Express opposition to treatment that violates the LGPD;
j) Request review of decision for automated data processing.
